Palmpay pos is a Chinese own pos company, just like opay, and they are also the owner of Palm Credit and the easybuy platform. So being a palmpay pos agent gives you a wide range of opportunities to tap into their different platforms. Non-agents

All withdrawals done on palmpay are instantly settled to the agent wallet so there is no need to wait for T+1 for withdrawal settlement like bank pos.

Palmpay pos has two different types of pos, the traditional pos, and the android pos terminal and they are given at different prices but all offer the same charges. Both traditional and android pos have an inbuilt printer but different user UI.

How to apply for a Palmpay pos Machine

Applying for a Palmpay machine is easy and can be done by downloading the palm partner app on your phone app store. Log in with your palm credit if you or you sign up as a new user.

Click on apply for pos and upgrade your account just like Opay business app.

Palmpay pos daily target

Palmpay target is based on daily transactions both deposit and withdrawal. So as an agent you must be able to make a total of 30k transactions daily both withdrawal and deposit.

Is palmpay pos caution fee refundable

The palmpay pos is available for lease and outright purchase, the lease is refundable while the outright is not. The analog or traditional pos is sold for 30k and leased for 10k while the android pos is leased at 20k and sold outrightly at 50k.

Palmpay pos charges and commission

Palmpay pos charge 0.5% for cash withdrawal of 1-19,999 an d100 Naira flat for 20k and above while deposit is 20Naira flat

Palmpay pos agent onboarding Requirements

All you need is your ID card (whether a national ID card, Driver’s license, Voter’s card, or international passport), Nepa bill, and passport photograph. These plus a cautionary fee of N20,000 is what you need to get the POS.

The cautionary fees are given back to the agent if the pos is returned back to the company fully functional with no problems.

The following documents will be required

  • A verified Identity card such as International Passport, National ID Card, or Voters Card
  • Utility Bill (Nepa Bill)
  • Business License (For Registered business only)
  • Valid BVN
  • Valid Account Number
