- Rufus image writer
- Pc
- Steam os firmware
How to upgrade the steam Deck Storage
- Power off the steam deck
- Unscrew
- Remove the inner cover metal case
- Disconnect the battery
- Remove the emmc storage
- Insert the new emmc storage
- Download the steam os firmware
- Burn the image with Rufus to a memory stick to make it bootable
- Boot to boot manager by holding the volume down and clicking the power button
- Release the volume down button when you hear the chime sound
- You should now be in the boot manager
- Boot from the EFI USB device
- Reimage Steam deck factory reset
