How to block your ATM card with an unlinked SIM
ATM or debit card can now be blocked if stolen or misplaced by the owner from the registered phone if available or an unregistered phone which is not linked to the card if the registered phone is not available at the moment.
Most banks have now adopted this new method since the rise of unauthorized debit transactions. Banks like Uba, Zenith First Bank ATM and bank accounts can now be blocked from anywhere using another mobile number if the Registered one is unavailable.

To perform this operation, you need to follow the steps below. This only works for zenith, FirstBank and Access using their ussd codes I’ll be added to the list soon
- Dial *894*911# for FirstBank to proceed
- Dial *966*911# for zenith Bank to block
- Dial *901*911# for Access bank
